Research into farmers and landowners loyalty to providers of farm insurance services

UK Farm Insurance Provider.
Research objective
Analysis of UK farmers’ expectations of insurance providers.
Research method
We conducted 20 depth telephone interviews, followed by a CATI survey of 150 farmers and landowners to ascertain their attitudes to farm insurance, their service expectations, price sensitivity and loyalty to providers.

Research & analysis of attitudes to availability of credit and finance to farmers and growers in the UK

Client
Global financial services provider.
Research objective
To ascertain levels of satisfaction with existing credit opportunities, service expectations and identification of unmet needs.
Research method
Ten 2 hour face to face depth interviews were conducted amongst producers with high borrowing requirement alongside their accountants/financial advisors. This was followed by a larger scale online survey.
